I have been indicated by several experts that the large difference between my very good response to DCA (dichloorazijn) to the much less good responses of others could be due to my earlier use of HAART (highly active anti-retroviral therapy).
The experts state that HAART was not yet elaborated the first two weeks of my use of DCA.
Please note that the use of HAART is not without risks; the use of HAART can reinforce the (side) effects of DCA, even when taking lots of supplements. HAART could also know to have a negative effect on the liver function, as well as on the cerebellum.
The HAARTcocktail used:
AZT (azidothymidine (Retrovir AZT) 2 dd 300 mg)
DDI (didanosine (Videx) 2 dd 400 mg)
Viramune, (nevirapine (Viramune) 2 dd 200 mg)
I took thereby agents which tackle telomerase.
Telomerase is an enzyme that preserves the length of telomeres across cell divisions in germ cells, stem cells, and most cancer cells. A kind of reverse transcriptase, telomerase is an RNA-containing enzyme that synthesizes the DNA of telomeres by reverse transcription. It is active during DNA replication and is thought to play a role in the proliferation and apparent immortality of cells in which it is present. In cells that lack telomerase (that is, in most somatic cells of the body), the telomeres of chromosomes shorten and eventually disappear over repeated cell divisions.
Please note that the use of these prescription medicines should always be under supervision of a doctor. Experimenting without knowledge can result in severe and long term side-effects.
